Terms and Conditions


Liability: Classic Tile & Stone does not accept responsibility or liability for installation, sealing, maintaining, or refinishing of any product.

Care & Maintenance: Glazed tile surfaces should be cleaned routinely with an appropriate, non oil-based household or commercial cleaner. Commercially available cleaners for glass, stainless steel, and marble (stone) surfaces are suitable for these products. NOTE: Acids can damage the grout, marble, glass, metal, and glazed surfaces. Never use abrasive materials that are capable of scratching the tile surface. ALWAYS test a small area PRIOR to usage of any installation/tile/cleaning/maintenance product to determine whether the product you are about to apply serves its intended purpose.

Natural stone surfaces should be sealed with a good quality sealer in order to prevent staining or discoloration. Carefully follow all manufacturers’ instructions for use. Some natural stone will darken slightly when sealed. This is an inherent feature of natural stone and is not a defect.      

Sales Orders: Orders are accepted either on-line at, by fax to (404)633-3613, or by phone (404)634-3905. If ordering by phone, a written sales order will be prepared for your approval and authorization prior to processing your order. Please order using complete item numbers and product descriptions to prevent fulfillment errors or delays.

Pricing: Quoted prices are FOB Atlanta, GA unless otherwise indicated. Price quotes are firm for 30 days. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Shipping: Available shipping methods are Federal Express Ground or common carrier freight.
Shipping 125 lb. or less: Orders weighing 125 lbs. or less are shipped FedEx Ground. Please allow 6-8 days shipping time excluding holidays and weekends. It is important for you to inspect all packages carefully upon receipt. On the rare occasion that your package(s) has been damaged in transit, please have the Fed Ex driver note damage (if possible) or refuse to accept delivery, and contact Customer Care at (404) 634-3905 immediately. We will promptly ship replacement materials or process a refund if the customer prefers.

Shipping 126 lb. or more:  Orders weighing 126 lbs. or more are shipped common carrier. The shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery date and time. Common carrier deliveries must be signed for, so you will need to be available to accept your order. If you cannot be there, arrangements must be made in advance. Please allow 8-10 days shipping time excluding holidays and weekends. It is important that you inspect all freight carefully upon receipt.  On the rare occasion that freight has been damaged by the carrier, please have the driver note damage on the bill of lading, or refuse to accept delivery, and notify us immediately at Customer Care (404)634-3905. We will promptly ship replacement materials. BEFORE YOU SIGN FOR AND ACCEPT YOUR DELIVERY OF ORDER, IT IS IMPORTANT TO INSPECT YOUR SHIPMENT/CARTONS FOR ANY SIGNS OF DAMAGE. PLEASE NOTE ANY ISSUES WITH THE DRIVER ON THE BILL OF LADING FOR PROPER PROCESSING OF CLAIMS AND REPLACEMENT MATERIAL.

Upon Delivery: Review the shipment for accuracy of materials ordered, including quantity, quality, and color, and for any shipping damage. Contact Classic Tile & Stone immediately if any problems exist. Material should be installed by pulling and mixing from all crates or boxes to insure optimal blending of shade variation. No adjustment can be made once material has been installed.

Damaged Materials: Every effort is made to pack your order for a safe delivery. Any damage apparent upon delivery must be noted on the freight carrier delivery receipt or bill of lading. All claims must be presented in writing to Classic Tile & Stone and any delivery carrier within five (5) days of receipt of material. Therefore, it is important that you inspect your delivery immediately upon receipt.

Cancellations: We must receive requests from the Customer for cancellation of stock item orders prior to shipment of products. Cancellations may be subject to handling charges.

NOTE: Custom Glass mural orders, once confirmed, cannot be cancelled. Payments made on these orders are not refundable.

Returns: No returns are accepted after 60 days. All returns require a Return Authorization number. Please contact Customer Service by phone at 404-634-3905 or by email at to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.   Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, plus freight to and from the shipping location. Overage tile will not be accepted for return/refund. Classic Tile & Stone must authorize any return request in writing, at which point the Customer may return the materials in their original containers via prepaid carrier. All returns must be in the original packaging and in the condition in which they were received. Be sure to include a copy of your invoice with your return. Please write your RA# and reason for return on the enclosed invoice.  All returned materials will be inspected for damage. Credit/refund for these materials will not be given if their condition is such that they cannot be readily resold.   Please note: samples are not returnable.

Terms: All materials are to be purchased with full payment due upon shipment.

Warranty/Claims: All tile materials purchased through are warranted to the original consumer purchaser to be free from defects in material and workmanship. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product – therefore no claims will be accepted after material is worked, damaged, cut, or installed.  Claims liability is limited to the amount paid by the Buyer for the products (tile) sold to Buyer by  to which the claim relates. Damage to product caused by inappropriate installation, accident, misuse, abuse, or improper maintenance is not covered by this warranty.   

Shade/Thickness Variation: Variations in shade, veining, and/or crazing of glazed surfaces are inherent characteristics of tile and stone and therefore are not defects. Samples provided suggest the character of these products. Products sold are subject to variations. Variations in thickness will be allowed as per industry standards. No warranties are made against crazing, scratching or wear due to: improper installation-including improper alteration of the surface with sealers or grout, falling objects, abuse, misuse, exposure to extreme temperatures, using improper chemicals or compounds, non-foot traffic wear or other similar incidents.
